Prior to forming The Lolley Group in 2007, Randy was the leading agent for closed sales for a large commercial real estate firm in the Tampa Bay area for 10 consecutive years. The Lolley Group maintains an office in the Tampa Bay area, as well as Acadiana. He has been one of the highest producing commercial agents in Acadiana for the past 12 years, with a specialty in industrial brokerage, development and build-to-suit construction projects.
In the development area, he has been an active partner in the development of 5 industrial parks, as well as 11 residential subdivisions in the Acadiana area.

As a native of Lafayette, Joe is well connected to the Lafayette and Acadiana markets. Joe provides focused, professional service throughout his representation, which includes current analysis of market trends, property value analysis and skilled negotiations.
As an engaged member of the real estate industry, Joe serves as the President of the Realtor Commercial Alliance of the Realtor Association of Acadiana, and he previously served on the Board of Directors of the Realtor Association of Acadiana.
