Randy Lolley
Randy Lolley is the Broker at The Lolley Group, L.L.C., holding broker licenses in both the States of Louisiana and Florida. He has 26 years of extensive experience in commercial real estate brokerage and over 40 years experience as a real estate developer. A Louisiana native, Randy is an honors graduate of LSU Law School, and formerly practiced law for 10 years with a focus on complex real estate matters. This experience gives him the ability to confidently handle larger and more challenging real estate transactions than the typical real estate agent. He also holds the SIOR designation, which is recognized and reserved for the commercial real estate industry’s most highly qualified and successful practitioners.

Prior to forming The Lolley Group in 2007, Randy was the leading agent for closed sales for a large commercial real estate firm in the Tampa Bay area for 10 consecutive years. The Lolley Group maintains an office in the Tampa Bay area, as well as Acadiana. He has been one of the highest producing commercial agents in Acadiana for the past 12 years, with a specialty in industrial brokerage, development and build-to-suit construction projects.

In the development area, he has been an active partner in the development of 5 industrial parks, as well as 11 residential subdivisions in the Acadiana area.

Joe Bouligny
Since 2005, commercial real estate has been the career focus of Joe Bouligny. In 2008, Joe joined The Lolley Group. Several years later, Joe earned the designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Prior to dedicating his career to the real estate field, Joe was a practicing attorney.

Joe’s areas of focus include build-to-suit, leasing, buyer representation, investment sales, financial structuring and market analysis. Joe represents many property types including vacant land, farm land, industrial buildings, and office space, among others.

As a native of Lafayette, Joe is well connected to the Lafayette and Acadiana markets. Joe provides focused, professional service throughout his representation, which includes current analysis of market trends, property value analysis and skilled negotiations.

As an engaged member of the real estate industry, Joe serves as the President of the Realtor Commercial Alliance of the Realtor Association of Acadiana, and he previously served on the Board of Directors of the Realtor Association of Acadiana.

Cecil Little

Cecil has been active in real estate development and sales since 1978. An Opelousas native and long-time resident of Lafayette, Cecil has been involved in assisting developers with projects in Lafayette, Destin and throughout the Southeastern US. Cecil and his wife, Vicky, relocated to the Lafayette area from Destin, FL and joined the commercial team at Southern Lifestyle Realty for 8 years before joining The Lolley Group. Cecil has been active in commercial sales and leasing for River Ranch, Couret Farms and Sugar Mill Pond. with the Lolley Group, Cecil’s primary emphasis is the Youngsville area.

Stephen Lolley
Stephen has been an active commercial agent for 12 years, with an emphasis on industrial leasing. He also has extensive experience as a land man, and handles land research and related matters for The Lolley Group. He is a 2004 graduate of the University of Florida.
